A Modular Micro Unit

Inspiration came from the Coodo land project, where rounded steel structures sat in the landscaping to present the feel of free movement in the wilderness. The combination of these units vertically creates a cantilevered structure that presents the feel of extrusion into the three views addressed. Creating this unique design which allows the stacked program spaces to protrude through the exterior facade of the building. The removal of units generates the key breakup needed to display the modularity of the spaces. Also the punctures do not limit the slab style form.
